Second Time DUI in Nevada


A 2nd-time DUI in Nevada without substantial injuries is a misdemeanor carrying the following penalties:

  • a minimum 10 days (but up to 6 months) in jail;
  • $750 - $1,000 in fines (or community service);
  • installation of an ignition interlock device (in some cases);
  • a court-ordered rehabilitation program;
  • attendance at a Victim Impact Panel; and
  • a 1-year driver's license revocation.
