"Field Sobriety Tests" in Nevada DUI cases
Field sobriety tests ("FST's") are exercises Nevada police ask DUI suspects to perform to help determine whether the suspects are intoxicated. The three standardized FSTs are:
- Horizontal gaze nystagmus (the penlight test)
- Walk and turn
- One-legged stand
